Informed by Rudolf Steiner’s indications, Judith Frizlen implemented the LifeWays model in creating the Rose Garden Early Childhood Center to serve families with young children in Buffalo, NY. In her position at the early childhood center, Frizlen supported parents and teachers in working with young children. In that process, she distilled practical advice for adult development into weekly readings.
Rather than presenting a template to follow, Frizlen provides information and questions that guide readers to align with their inner authority. Answers to the questions posed are an individualized fit which can lead readers to clear thoughts, balanced feeling, and effective action.
